 -Ignore the bottom section about approval. We are using 4.4b & c in our rubrics.

 -Remember to link it to our RIIESS rubrics in the “Relevant” Box (see samples)

 -In the “Attainable” box, simply type “See Action Plan” and then be sure to complete at least 1 Action Plan step

*Note: You will not have your SLO’s approved at this session. Your evaluator will be doing that. This is for support while writing. Groups of teachers who are writing SLO’s together are encouraged to attend together if possible.

£  Meet with educators to determine their progress toward their PGG (all) and SLO’s (if applicable)

£  Re-Approve in EPSS only if Revisions are necessary

£  Meet with evaluator to discuss progress toward their PGG (all) and SLO’s (if applicable)

£  Revise if necessary (in EPSS)

This is 1 of the 3 required conferences.

 

Revisions should only occur if necessary, backed by data.
