School Committee meeting minutes are now available. Minutes will be posted once submitted and approved during the following month's meeting. Friends of Special Education Information Night: Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at Jenks Jr. High from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. Come meet and talk to other parents about their journey of educating a child with special needs.
Kindergarten registration will be held at each elementary school from 9:15 - 11:15 AM from May 5th through May 7th and May 9th. (Note: There will be no registrations held on Thursday, May 8th due to an educator's professional day. [Click for further instructions]

Mock Trial Teams receive Awards: Slater and Goff Mock Trial Teams received awards last night at the 2008 Junior Mock Trial Banquet. Slater came in second in the state and Goff was twelfth. 5/9) [more] JMW Student inducted into Pawtucket's Teen Hall of Fame: Congratulations to Chantel, a junior music major at JMW. (5/9) [more] Tolman's First Spring Carnival: Saturday, May 31, 2008 in the parking lot behind the school from 12-4pm. There will be booths and entertainment, food, games and prizes. The public is invited and encouraged to attend, especially incoming freshmen and their families. Please join us! Potter-Burns Celebrates: June 11th at 6:30 PM. Grand Openings of The Potter-Burns Outdoor Classroom and The Computer Room. Special presentation by Michael Higgins and a guided tour through the gardens. See our new state-of-the art Computer Lab and student work. Agnes Little Library was awarded National Endowment for the Humanities We the People "Created Equal" bookshelf. (5/5) [more] Congratulations to the Goff Mock Trial Team on their win in court on Wednesday! An outstanding effort on the part of all involved. They continue to be undefeated! Way to go Goff! Agnes Little Elementary School welcomes you to "Family Night" on May 16, 2008 from 6:00-8:00PM. Student art work, classroom projects on display. Food, beverages, ice cream and raffles will be available. Congratulations to the Samuel Slater Mock Trial Team for their victory Monday in Providence Superior Court. Slater successfully argued the case for the Plaintiff. Jenks: Craft Fair 5/31/08 (rain date: 6/14/08) sponsored by the Friends of Jenks.
